An original folk art carved painted wooden fish sculpture attributed to artist Marvin Przyborowski, presented on a black display stand. The carving depicts a realistic trout-style game fish featuring carved gill, mouth, and fin details, glass-style painted eye details, and a thin wooden spear object extending from its mouth. The piece is unsigned on the sculpture itself, but the stand has two labels that read   "Marvin Przyborowski c. 1940s" and "Schwinn Fish." The underside of the stand has a gallery label reading "American Primitive / 596 Broadway #205 / New York, New York 10012."  Condition displays age-appropriate surface wear, including light scratching, minor finish losses along the edges and fins, liight paint wear, and a notable chip to the wood of the lower fin.
