SHIPPING:
Shipping is available for Buy It Now purchases through third-party shippers, following the same procedure as auction purchases. Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping. More information on available shippers and procedures can be found at www.EastWingEstates.com/shipping.

Quick "Need to Knows" before you purchase?
All items purchased through our Buy It Now sale must be paid for immediately at the time of purchase using a valid credit or debit card. These items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and once an item is sold, it is no longer available.
PICKING UP YOUR PURCHASES:
All items must be picked up from our gallery located at 28 Main Street, Oakville, CT 06779 within seven (7) days of purchase. Pickups are strictly by appointment only and are scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. Buyers will receive a link via email to schedule their pickup appointment. If you need to combine your Buy It Now purchases with an existing auction invoice, please note that Buy It Now items must be paid for separately via the online platform. To pick up all your purchases together, notify the auctioneer after completing your Buy It Now purchase so invoices can be combined for pickup.
A storage fee of $5 per day will be applied to any items not picked up within the designated time frame. Items not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be considered abandoned and resold with no refunds or compensation to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, help, and machinery for the safe removal of their purchases. No moving supplies or assistance will be provided on-site.

PRICING & PAYMENT:
The prices listed reflect the consignor’s lowest acceptable price. All prices are subject to a buyer's premium (BP) and applicable sales tax unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate before purchase. Payment is required at the time of checkout via credit or debit card. No cash, checks, or alternative payment methods will be accepted for Buy It Now purchases.
TERMS OF SALE:
All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. East-Wing Estate Sales reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before purchasing.
