An elaborate late 19th-century Victorian Aesthetic Movement silver-plated multi-tiered table centerpiece and condiment stand manufactured by the Meriden Britannia Company (Meriden, Connecticut). The ornate cast frame features a central perched eagle with outstretched wings supporting an elevated center ring (originally holding a glass bowl or master salt), flanked by fan-and-floral pierced uprights.  Engraved on the front platform  with inscription "Anna to Susie". Stamped with the maker's mark for the Meriden Britannia Company alongside number "172". Also the number "36" is engraved on bottom. Exhibits age-appropriate wear, including overall surface tarnish, oxidation, and silver-plate finish wear to exposed high-contact areas. Lacks original glass decanters, bowls, or jar inserts.
