Built with Ethan Allen’s quality craftsmanship, it features a kiln-dried hardwood frame, mortise-and-tenon joinery, and high-resilience foam cushions for lasting comfort and durability.

The sofa was purchased in 2022 and kept in an extremely clean child and pet free home.  This is the first of two matching sofas in this auction.

📍 Pickup Terms

All items are located at our Oakville, CT Gallery. Pickup is by appointment only from the Tuesday after the auction through Saturday, between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily. A scheduling link will be emailed after the auction for booking your pickup.
⚠️ If you cannot pick up during this time frame, you must arrange alternatives with the auctioneer in advance.

⏳ Pickup Deadline: All items must be collected by that Saturday. Late pickups incur $5 per lot, per day storage fees unless prior arrangements are made. After 30 days in storage, items are considered abandoned and may be resold without notice or refund.
